Photo update from the last storm
A week ago at night from Friday to Saturday violent storms passed through Poland. In the radius of about several dozens kilometers away from my city four very electrically active storms passed, including one fairly close by. Below a few photos from that night.

Strong storms possible today
End of April brought us a record heat, in turn May greeted us with a rather strong as for this time of year storms. In many places heavy rain fell with hail which reached up to 2cm diameter, except that they were also very active electrically. Today and tomorrow we except more severe weather, this time with much greater force.

Temperature record for April has been beaten
Thanks to the inflow of very warm air mass from the south of Europe, today turned out to be a record warm. In the west Poland temperature exceeded 31°C, thereby breaking a historical record heat for April at nearly degree. In the rest of country was also very warm - in many cities new heat records were noted.

Powerful storms passed over Poland
Last Friday brought us first time in this year strong storms. They were accompanied by large electrical activity, heavy rain, and locally also hail. Thundered practically everywhere, except northern districts of our country. Today awaits us another bunch of rain and storms.

Next days warm and with possible storms
This year's spring doesn't spoil us too beautiful weather, because alternately we have short winter accidents, and later longer periods of spring aura. Unless yet 3 days ago in some places snow was falling and was white, so today the temperature in many places exceeded far more than 15°C.

Today started astronomical spring
Today at 6:14 in the morning began longed for all spring. This means that with the passage of the next days will be getting warmer, but doesn't exclude a weak returns of winter. But so far the forecasts are quite promising and hopefully they won't be significantly changed.

Storms season starts today
Today begins a long-awaited by all storms season. Like every year it lasts from 1 March to 31 October, so before us 8 - and hopefully very stormy - months. CFS seasonal forecasts are saying about the hot spring and hot summer, so may we together with high temperatures have to deal with many strong and beautiful storms.
